Last Sunday we photographed Jacob’s Bar mitzvah celebration, and what a celebration it was!
The theme for the event was “J TV” complete with a programme of the evenings entertainment along with photographs of the family and a blank autograph page on the back. This caused lots of speculation - act 1 and act 2, who are they and why all the secrecy? Well we were lucky enough to know who was appearing which added to the excitement and the pressure!!
Jacob made a grand entrance introduced by Peter Dickson, (aka the X-Factor voiceover guy) then the Israeli dancing began, which literally shook the dance floor.
After the first two courses and a build up of excitement act 1 arrived - Diversity took to the dance floor and captivated the audience throughout their ‘Transformer’ routine which was fantastic.
The kids didn’t have much time to calm down after the excitement of Diversity before the second act was introduced. JLS made their entrance - the crowd was ecstatic! Their half hour set was outstanding and after staying for photographs, they were whisked away in true celebrity fashion.
