The spectacular Jacobean house is set at the end of an impressive driveway within gorgeous grounds of Hatfield Park where Queen Elizabeth I spent her childhood.
Built in 1497, the striking Old Palace is the perfect setting for a grand reception with up to 200 guests. For slightly smaller occasions, the modern Riding School can accommodate up to 110 guests. Both venues are licensed to hold civil ceremonies so you can hold your whole day of celebrations in one beautiful location.
Hatfield House’s superb surroundings are beautiful in every season. The glorious gardens and the stunning park provide breath-taking backdrops for your treasured photographs.
The delicious food for your big day will be provided by acclaimed caterers, Leith’s. We can offer a fantastic selection of amazing menus to suit a variety of personal tastes and requirements. Where possible, all of our dishes are created using the finest, fresh, locally sourced produce.
